Plants: We always strive to provide the healthiest plants and best planting and care information to ensure that you enjoy gardening success. However, should any plant fail to live, we are pleased to offer a one time replacement warranty for trees, shrubs and perennials labeled for hardiness zones 1-5. We offer you the option of choosing the same plant (if in stock) or trying another of equal value to your original purchase.

In fairness, this warranty does not cover frost damage, over or under watering, neglect, physical damage or acts of God.

Garden Supplies/Hardgoods: We strive to offer only superior quality products from top-end suppliers. Any available non-plant merchandise warranty is provided directly to you by the manufacturer. We will assist you with resolving any problems that you may encounter with a product within the parameters of the manufacturers warranty but do not duplicate or exceed their warranty.

Non-plant items may be returned if necessary within 14 days for a full refund. After that time we will issue a store credit.
